British-Irish boy band The Wanted will perform in Jakarta on Sept. 20 at the Istora Senayan, promoter Mahaka Entertainment said on Tuesday.
“We are so glad to be able to invite one of the most-wanted artists in Indonesia at the moment. We acknowledge that we will have so little time to prepare the show, but we went ahead with the plan due to the high demand from fans in Jakarta,” Mahaka Entertainment CEO Hasani Abdulgani said in a press statement sent to The Jakarta Post.
“The Wanted Live in Jakarta 2012” concert is part of the boy band’s tour of Asia. The Wanted will also be performing in Singapore, Malaysia and the Philippines.
